Best Quality: The products sold by Petbarn Online are personally selected by our qualified veterinarians to ensure their safety. We only source products from reputable companies. If we wouldn't use it on our pets then we won't sell it.
Delivery: We guarantee prompt delivery. We fill orders within 2 working days whenever possible. If we can't dispatch your order within 5 days, we will contact you so that we can make alternative arrangements or, if you prefer, give you a refund. Australian shoppers should allow between 5 to 10 days for delivery. However many customers receive their order in only few days. If you are shopping from USA, UK or Canada please allow 21 days for delivery.
Refund or Replacement: If for any reason you are unhappy with your order when you receive it, tell us why and then just return it (unopened in original packaging) for a replacement or refund.
